My dad was under hospice care at a nursing home that had quickly deteriorated in the quality of care & caring attitude throughout the facility & we were desperate to find a better facility for dad. His Hospice nurse suggested Cambrian Senior Living as she had other patients their. I contacted them & spoke to Irish explaining how we needed to quickly get dad transferred out of a bad situation. She went that afternoon to interview dad & saw the situation & was so appalled she promised him he would be out of there the next day. We were never disappointed in the care dad received during his say at Cambrian Living. Family all lived out of state & The staff was so gracious in keeping us informed of any needs so we could get them to him quickly. The staff worked beautifully together to make my dads last months comfortable and treated him with the care & dignity he so deserved. Dad loved the staff & the beautiful patio & his bright sunshiny room. Watching the butterflies & hummingbirds were a favorite past time when he became bedridden. I highly recommend this facility for care of your loved ones.

Irish was a Godsend from the day we met her. She helped me rescue my father from an abusive neglectful situation into the calmness of the Goldwood Senior Home. He went from being alone to being a part of a small family at Goldwood, receiving constant care and comfort. Our experience at Goldwood exceeded my expectation and was everything I could have asked for. My father had dietary restrictions, limited mobility and could be stubborn, but none of that was an issue for the Goldwood staff. Elena and other staff take great care with each resident; their care is personalized to their individual needs. I was very impressed how organized the care team was as each individual's care plan was different. The staff maintain information binders for each resident, there are separated personalized bins for each holding their medications, and a set routine throughout the day. All of this creates a calm, structured environment. My father's last breath was in Irish and Lundy's company, as they sat praying with him and assuring him he was loved and God was waiting for him. They were his two angels on Earth and for the rest of my life, that kind, loving image will stay with me. Thank you Irish and Elena, I will be eternally grateful to both of you.

"My Dad was a resident at Goldwood Senior Care for just about 5-6 months. We had just learned he had Alzheimer's/Dementia and were still navigating the very difficult diagnosis. A proud man, my father was not what one would call "easy" to manage. Despite his opposition, Irish and her team always treated him with love. They understood how to care for him far better than I ever could. It was a difficult time for all of us. Irish and her team were wonderful with him. The home is a beautiful place. I love that they have dinner together like a family. They really try to get to know their residents, what they like, what makes them feel safe and happy. I never once worried about the care he received there. I worried more about the staff caring for him than anything else because he was still so confused about things, he resisted them a lot. But they never gave up on him. They cared for him until they couldn't anymore, and that was okay because it was time for him to be somewhere different. There are not enough words to thank them for the care they provided to him and the peace they gave to me, knowing he was being well taken care of."

"We moved mom into Goldwood Senior Care Home when it was time for hospice care. Irish and her team at Goldwood were the most compassionate, capable, and caring team we could have ask for as mom spent her last days in their hands. We felt like family. The caregivers were super responsive and really enjoyed mom's company. They saw her as a beautiful soul who lived a full life, was loved by her family, and now needed comfort and solace. I never felt like they were "doing a job." And they were good communicators with the family so I always felt like I knew what was going on even if I wasn't onsite. All the other residents were "living" at Goldwood and not in hospice care. When we toured the home we loved that the residents were out in the backyard, listening to music, doing sudoku, enjoying some popcorn and visiting with each other. I would highly recommend Goldwood. It made the end of mom's journey as good as it could possibly be. Thank you to Irish and her extra special team of angels at Goldwood who touched my family in a very meaningful way."

"My 99 year old mom never recovered from hip surgery. I had been planning memory care facility for her until I learned they could not care for her. I did not know where to turn. I thought I would have to find a nursing home for her and that made me sad. Luckily I found Irish Ladwig. She had nice room available in lovely Camden Senior Living. Irish had answers to all my questions and made the transition from skilled nursing facility very easy. The staff at Camden Senior Living were all very pleasant, skilled and caring. I feel comforted that I found the very best solution for my mom."

My father’s need for a home came quite sudden and Irish did a wonderful job of finding a spot for him. She and her staff were welcoming, kind, and caring towards my father for the year he was there. He enjoyed the staff and loved the food. It was hard having him away but comforting knowing that he was safe, warm, and well cared for.

"So happy with Campbell Senior Living facility. My Mom has been there for a year. She loves the staff and the home. Its open space great room has lots of windows and light. Very cheerful. Her room is quiet and restful especially with its own TV. The residents enjoy dining together, activities and social time with the staff. The staff is very attentive, caring and sees to every need as it arises. Best place and location hands down."

"My parents have shared a room at Campbell Senior Living for a year now. It seemed a big adjustment for them to give up control of many aspects of daily living and share such close quarters together. On the other hand, trying to do things the way they always had was not working any longer. It's turned out that this was a great move for them. My mom gets the help she needs. My dad gets support he needs. His diet has been so good there that the doctor has halved the dosage of one of his diabetes medications and thinks it might eventually be eliminated. The staff are very helpful & caring. Holidays are made very special. It's been a very good place for my parents."

"My husband has only been at the Campbell Senior Living about 3 weeks. But he has evolved from hating the thought of living in an elder facility to loving it. The home is bright and cheerful. He turned 85 the second week he was there and they gave him a birthday party complete with balloons and cake. He enjoyed it so much. They took pictures for me and he was laughing like a kid. It was so sweet. It is such relief to know that my husband is in a cheerful and caring home where he is treated with kindness and respect."

"Irish and her staff were a blessing to myself and my father. My father spent about 6 months, all together, at Goldwood. He was not easy but the staff were always very compassionate. During Covid, when he wasn’t allowed visitors, one of the caregivers used her phone to FaceTime with me so he didn’t feel so abandoned by me. Everyone went out of their way to make him as comfortable as possible. I will forever be grateful for the excellent care he received."

My husband is in Campbell Senior Living at 426 Dallas Drive, Campbell, CA 95008. Irish Ladwig, BSN, RN is administrator. Dennis is very content living there. The regular caretakers, Ella and Lijanna are excellent cooks and anticipate the residents' needs. They keep a clean facility, the residents bathed and in clean clothes, and a familiar routine of activities.  Irish makes a point of decorating for the holidays and acknowledging clients' birthdays. She makes friendly contact whenever she is visiting one of her care homes. I appreciate Irish's knowledge, talents and communication skills as well as her expectations and training of her staff.

"My wife Eleanor has been a resident in Silicon Valley Senior Care Home for the past 18 months. Both I and our three children are very happy with the care Eleanor is receiving. We are very happy with the staff here. The care from the staff is more personal and like family. I would recommend this care home to anyone."

"Although I was not able to personally visit the care home, having someone like Irish made this an experience where everything moved smoothly, and our friend was well taken care of in the care home. Irish went out of her way to help get him settled. I highly recommend the care home and am so gratefully that things went smoothly."
